This brief 10-question assessment is designed to help you evaluate your current capacity for your Resilience Fitness.

Your assessment opens outside the app to ensure confidentiality. Once complete, you’ll see your results immediately—but they won’t be stored in the app unless you choose to track your progress over time.

Track Your Growth Over Time (Optional)

As part of our commitment to your growth, you have the option to receive your personal dashboard and track your progress across all 11 Rings.

To do this, you’ll be asked to enter your personal email address.

Participation is completely voluntary.
If you choose to participate:

  • Your assessment data and email will be stored securely.

  • Your data is accessible only to you.

  • No third party—including your agency—can access your results.

  • Your personal data will never be shared, sold, or disclosed without your explicit consent.

We follow industry best practices for encryption and data protection. Your trust is critical, and we take that seriously. You may opt out at any time by contacting: cpope@commandcollege.org.

You’ll also have the opportunity to voluntarily share anonymous demographic data (e.g., rank, years of service, age range).

  • This data is anonymous and separate from your identity.

  • It is used in aggregate only to help our team and partners improve training, wellness tools, and leadership programs.

  • Your identity will never be linked to your demographic information.
