This practice, inspired by the HeartMath Institute, guides you into heart-focused breathing—a technique proven to align your heart and brain, helping you shift from chaos to clarity in just a few minutes.

Research shows that cultivating heart coherence increases heart rate variability (HRV)—a key marker of resilience and nervous system recovery. One study found that even a few minutes of heart-focused breathing can lead to sustained improvements in emotional regulation, cognitive performance, and stress recovery (McCraty et al., 2009; Tiller, McCraty & Atkinson, 1996).
