The Other Side of Fear

I’m sure we’ve all been there; I know I have. Standing at the edge of a decision that scared me. My instinct told me to hold back. But when I took a breath and used logic, I realized that if I didn’t take this step, I would be in the same spot, possibly even regretting the indecision later.

Indecision is a decision.

Fear has its uses; don’t rely on it too heavily. Fear brings a focus, allowing us to ask the necessary questions for what’s next.

Whether you see fear as “False Evidence Appearing Real” or a moment of focus, lean into fear with curiosity…
Fear doesn’t mean stop; it means go.
Fear is not a wall; it’s a doorway.
Fear will paralyze or propel you.

What fear are you facing right now? Imagine what’s waiting for you if you push through it. It just might be freedom in the making.
